Delivery
• Orders ship with Royal Mail Tracked 48 Monday to Friday, orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day
• You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched
• Royal Mail are reliable, but busy periods and wild weather can add a day or two

Returns
Changed your mind? No bother.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know.
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Once the return arrives back with us and is checked, refunds are issued within 5 working days

Faulty or damaged item?
Email us within 30 days and we’ll sort it with a replacement or refund.

Care

• Wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth after salty or muddy swims

• Give the changing mat zip a quick sweep with a soft brush if sand builds up, it keeps the zip running smoothly and avoids clogging

• The removable towel insert can go in a cool wash

• Open the rear air vent and leave the bag open to air-dry fully between swims

Warranty
Your Wild Changer is covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty.
Covers manufacturing defects, not wear and tear or accidental damage.
If something isn’t behaving the way it should, email us and we’ll take care of it.

Feedback
Wild Changer was built with swimmers, and it’ll keep evolving with swimmers. If you’ve got a suggestion, a frustration or a wild idea you think would make the next version even better, I want to hear it.

Returns Policy
Under UK consumer law, customers have 14 days from receiving goods to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of returned goods being received and inspected.

Faulty Goods
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, customers should notify us within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Delivery
Wild Changer is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information is provided for all orders once dispatched.

Privacy
Customer data is used solely for order fulfilment and customer service. All data handling complies with UK GDPR.
