About Lee

I swim year-round in Scotland.

If you’ve ever stood barefoot on freezing gravel in February, you’ll understand why this bag exists.

The water isn’t the hard part.

It’s the five minutes after.

Cold, jaggy stones under your feet, muddy car parks and the wind slicing through you while you try to get dry layers on. Wet kit shoved into bags that leak, tip over or never quite fit everything you’ve brought.

I searched for a bag that solved it.

It didn’t exist.

So I stopped looking and started building.

Wild Changer wasn’t designed in isolation. For six months I worked with a community of over 100 wild swimmers, people who swim in lochs, harbours and beaches in real Scottish weather.

They told me exactly what was missing.

“Lee, my toes are freezing.”

“Where do the shoes go?”

“I need a pocket for earrings.”

“Can it hold a proper changing robe?”

“Can we stop standing in mud?”

Every pocket, strap and stitch in this bag exists because someone asked for it. Because someone else nodded and said, yes, that.

This isn’t a generic sports bag with a logo on it, it's a community-built solution to a problem we all quietly tolerated.

The Wild Changer is waterproof, insulated and big enough for real swim kit. The detachable padded mat keeps your feet off cold ground and doubles as a seat for your post-swim cuppa. Inside, there’s proper organisation, so you’re not rummaging about with numb hands, if you pop in a hot water bottle it even keeps your kit warm.

It’s been shaped by swimmer, tested in Scottish lochs, tweaked and refined until it actually works.

Because the swim is the easy bit.

It’s everything after that needed fixing.
